The TWi4200 is an inverter-based stud welding system for ferrule-shielded drawn arc stud welding without the need for 3-phase power. The system was designed to be portable for use in remote environments or shops with limited power.
Welding Capability up to 3/8″ diameter full base threaded studs
Inverter-based weld control offers faster response times during welding and improves consistency in challenging applications
Included:
- TWi4200 Power Supply.
- TWEMAG Mini Arc Gun with 25 Feet of #1AWG Combo Cable (on gun) or TWE19000 Light Duty Stud Gun.
- 15 Feet of #1AWG Cable w/Ground Clamp.
